Public Sector

  • Approached by a number of London Councils (Croydon, Hackney, Islington, Lambeth) to bring back in house the previously outsourced Housing Benefit Service
  • Our expertise used by a number of Councils, including Bexley, Brent and Sheffield to renegotiate their outsourcing contracts
  • Our product, DeXtraD, has been used by over 180 authorities to assess staff technical skills and identify training needs from recruitment to re-organisation

Private Sector

  • KPMG have used our specialist services on a number of occasions
  • Involved over 5 years with the Civica Group, through the DWP, on developing modules for their Local Authority computer system
  • Assisted Ruleburst to develop software for use in Australia

Developed in conjunction with Bangor University, we can offer DeXtraD iDP: a groundbreaking product providing an objective analysis of what makes a person tick based on their background, education, experience, knowledge and their subconscious.
